Slick City Denver West

9 year old son loved it more than urban air (which is saying something if you’ve taken a kid to urban air). He was scared of the bigger slides at first but the worker told him which slides to start with and then you couldnt get him off the bigger ones. What a workout he got running upstairs too, he definitely slept well that night. Lots of seating for parents to watch if they aren’t participating and everyone was having a blast. We can’t wait to go back for the glow session. Honestly you should pay the 5 bucks for the extra 30 minutes, totally worth it. I can say that this was worth the money and we will be having his birthday party there this year because he had so much fun. I didn’t see any kids getting hurt but there is one grey slide that seemed to have every adult get a lot of air and then hit their face but no one looked injured. Highly recommend letting your kids get out all their energy and thrills out at this awesome place! They do have food and drinks but I didn’t eat so I won’t leave a review on that, but know that it’s an option!

Aquarium Restaurant

We had the greatest experience that we have had at a restaurant in a long time. Angelina was our waitress and she did a fabulous job. She kept up with everything, and we gave her 2 $2 bills. We reserve those for flawless service. The seatting that we had was right at the aquarium, and we got stalked by fish all through dinner. We even told them we were having the steak. (Had some shrimp cocktail also, but did not see any shrimp there) The steak and potatoes were amazing. The greenbeans are wonderful . The shallots had a little too sharp of a flavor to them. I would use a sweet onion, I think. Or have some dinner rolls with the meal. That is the only complaint that I or my wife had.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This place is great to bring the kids and have a family night of jumping, zip-lining, basketball dunking, arcade, foam pits, glow nights, and a simple yet affordable food court. The staff are all pretty much teenagers who were pretty behind the scenes for the most part. The place was pretty dirty and trashy and I have pics to prove it. The night I went here and jumped my girlfriend lost my iPhone in the big foam pit. The different shifts of teenagers would not help me look for it in any way and told me to bring my own help and come around closing time to look for it. Took me 3 days and 3 separate trips with the help of several of my own family members to finally find it while the staff just stood on the sidelines and humbly watched us grown ups sweat are butts off for an hour…

Aar River Gallery

Many highly skilled artists show their work here. I especially am impressed with the pottery, as I once threw pots, and know what it takes to hone that skill. I can find original, unique, high quality gifts here too–paintings, sculpture, jewelry, woodwork, scarves, you name it. I highly recommend this gallery.
