Revival Brews

Great find, that shouldn’t be looked over while in Evergreen. The place had a huge patio, nice dinning room and a great little bar. Their cheeseburger was simple but surprisingly delicious (cooked perfectly and juicy). All the staff were friendly and attentive. Revival also has a bunch of infused gin, vodkas, and tequila. I ended up sampling their Hellfire tequila, which was amazing and had that good burn of real pepper taste and not just hot to be hot (but still very hot that stuck with me through the whole meal). I wish I remembered what was in it but I know it had black peppercorn and then a bunch of other hot peppers. Then also along with some local draft beers they have a full bar, and I double-checked, they also have wine. A little pricey but a given in such a touristy area. Glad I stopped in and can’t wait to bring the family back so we all can enjoy it.

Buffalos

We enjoyed a long, comfortable, delicious evening here, starting with drinks outside and ending with a custom dessert cake to celebrate a birthday. The leadership is new (just two weeks), the menu was updated (good mix of comfort food with a great twist for each… highly recommend the appetizers!), the service was strong (knowledgeable, personable, and always available). This is a place my whole family wants to return to soon!

Ein Prosit

Perfect after a day on the slopes! I got a Kölsch that was smooth with just a tinge of fruity flavor just like the menu promised. Pairing this with sausages and a pretzel was pure bliss. They also had a few TVs that had March Madness playing along with outdoor seating. And you can’t forget the staff, the Friday crew went the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable and also recommended the Jalapeno elk sausage (yum). The vegetarian sausage wasn’t bad either.

Beaver Creek Chophouse

We enjoyed our dinner at the Chophouse- such a beautiful location with views of the mountain. Friendly service! We thought the truffle fries were really delicious. The French Dip was really good! Nice drink selection. We look forward to our next visit!

Shakedown Bar

Shakedown is THE place. Great live music, decently priced drinks. Cover is usually $20 but it seems they let locals in for free which is polarizing, but music and vibes more than make up for it
