West Colfax is a quiet neighborhood, with the bustle of the city life and stadiums next door. You have a mix of new build that brings along the restaurants and café’s, but also the long-time residents where it is not uncommon to walk by one of their Sunday fiestas. We are located between Sloan’s Lake with a walking track, playground, paddleboard, kayaking opportunities (depending on the time of the year), and the light rail, which runs parallel to a bike path. The light rail is Union station going east, or Golden heading west. During the summer, there is the 3-8 pm Sloan’s Lake Saturday night Bazaar (3 blocks).
You can find residents enjoying a fresh pint of craft beer at Seedstock Brewery or grabbing a morning pick-me-up at Brew Culture Coffee. In addition, Paco Sanchez Park provides a space for locals to play disc golf, picnic, or bike on the Lakewood Gulch Trail.

We are located one block from the Perry St light rail station on the W line.
Head East on the W line, and you can access:
- Union Station in 10min to then access Union Station transit center C, G, E, and B lines, University of Colorado A line also to Denver International Airport, local and regional busses, FreeMallRides and FreeMetroRides.

- Mile High Stadium <10min
- Meow Wolf <10min
